Doyle Sails New Zealand is looking for a new apprentice sailmaker to join the company’s busy and expanding marine sail making industry. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided and an NZQA qualification is achievable after completion of the course. This role will suit a candidate who’s ready to take on a position they can turn into a career. The work is varied, making sails for vessels of all sizes and types, from dinghy sails, grand prix race yachts and sails to the world’s biggest superyachts. You will be part of a team of highly experienced people who produce a very high-quality, detailed product, within an industry-leading company. We are looking for someone with strong work ethic, eager to learn, yachting back ground, with a New Zealand working visa and driver license. The position is based in Rosebank Road, Avondale.
